Terroir: Clay-limestone
Grape varieties: Rolle 70%, Semillon 20%, Clairette 10%.
Yield: 35 hl/ha
Harvest: Hand-picked in 25 kg crates, sorted in the vineyard and on a sorting table in the cellar.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, Fermentation in 400L barrels and stoneware amphoras, Aged 6 months in oak barrels on fine lees.
Tasting notes: Clean, bright and crystal-clear, this wine is a beautiful pale yellow with silvery highlights.
The nose, fine and intense, is distinguished by a beautiful aromatic palette: yellow-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) are accompanied by subtle notes of white flowers.
On the palate, the attack is full and suave. Matured for several months in 400L barrels, the wine’s subtle vanilla notes are perfectly integrated with its delicate freshness.
Cellaring potential: Drink now and cellar for 2 to 4 years.
