Grape varieties: Grenache noir 55%, Cinsault 35%, Syrah 5%, Vermentino 5%.
Beautiful, luminous, limpid pale color. A pure, expressive nose evoking notes of white peach, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit and bergamot. On aeration, floral notes (elderflower) complete this olfactory perception. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, followed by a fresher mid-palate and a fine acidic tension at the end.

Description
Grape varieties: Grenache noir 55%, Cinsault 35%, Vermentino 5%,Syrah 5%.
Yield: 35hl/ha
Harvest: Hand-picked in 25kg crates, sorted in the vineyard and on a sorting table in the cellar.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation to preserve all aromas, light fining then clarification by natural sedimentation.
