Description
Grape varieties: Grenache noir 40%, Syrah 24%, Vermentino 10%, Cinsault 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 3%, Clairette 3%.
Yield: 30hl/ha
Harvest: Hand-picked in 25kg crates, sorted in the vineyard and on a sorting table in the cellar.
Vinification: Gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation to preserve all aromas, light fining then clarification by natural sedimentation.
Tasted in January 2022 with our oenologists: Beautiful pale color with soft pink highlights. This complex, refined rosé reveals a varied palette of aromas including white peach, apricot, pink grapefruit and citron, enhanced by an enveloping floral note.
On the palate: Delicate and lively, with remarkable balance and length.
Cellaring potential: drink now and cellar for 1 year
Food pairings: scallop and lime carpaccio, eggplant lasagne, red berry desserts
