Tasted in May 2023 with our oenologists: A beautiful, bright, limpid color with hints of raspberry and rose petals. Powerful and refined, this rosé presents delicious aromas of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries) enhanced by subtle aromas of white chocolate and brioche. On aeration, a few floral scents complete this olfactory perception. The palate is ample and very enveloping. The fruity attack gives way to delicate notes of vanilla and toasted almonds due to oak ageing.
Ageing potential: drink now and keep for 2 to 4 years.
Food pairing: Avocado crushed, langoustine tempura with fresh herbs. Strawberry Shortcake.
