Located halfway between the dolce vita of the Côte d’Azur and the art and music of Aix-en Provence, Château Bellini welcomes you to the heart of Provence in a vineyard stretching along the ancient Via Aurelia, for a unique experience around beauty, light, peace and wonderful products from our organic farming.
The metamorphosis of a historical home
After giving new definition and style to several vineyards, including Miraval and the Château la Mascaronne, where he took a liking to sharing the pleasures of provençal life, Tom Bove decided to go further by opening the doors of a splendid boutique hotel (or boutique-home, as he likes to call it) in a seventeenth-century château revisited in the grand style of Venitian Italy. Welcomed by noble materials handled with exquisite care by the best craftsmen, bathed throughout your stay by the light of Provence which floods Château Bellini’s magnificent bedrooms, you will escape reality in style while feeling at home.
Our raison d’être is to share the ultimate luxury of simplicity and passion that has driven Tom Bove since he fell in love with Provence.

Our boutique home has 3 suites and 9 spacious and bright rooms, all in luxurious style, surrounded by magnificent views of the gardens and our vineyards. You will discover a restaurant menu inspired by Tom’s favorite combinations, which gives pride of place to products from local producers chosen for their quality and authenticity. In the lounge, our bartender will explain the most subtle notes of our different grape varieties and vintages to you.
At the end of the day, once the charms of the shaded terraces and swimming pool have worn off, a reading and music gallery, where enthusiasts can try their hand at a very rare Fazioli piano, will help you wait until dinner.
