The palate is full-bodied and the tannins express themselves fully and suavely with notes of black pepper.

Barrel-fermented Rosé
2022 – 75cl – Cuvée Bocaia
A bright, limpid color with hints of raspberry and rose petals. Powerful and refined, this rosé presents delicious aromas of red berries (wild strawberries, raspberries) enhanced by subtle aromas of white chocolate and brioche. On aeration, a few floral scents complete this olfactory perception. The palate is ample and very enveloping. The fruity attack gives way to delicate notes of vanilla and toasted almonds due to oak barrel ageing.
